Miller and Midyett, Realtors was founded in 1954 by Clarence A. Miller and Orville H. Midyett with a desire to provide real estate services to their clients above and beyond that of any other company.  The same desire continues today with our broker Larry Midyett and 35 sales associates.  Larry began his career in 1963 and was the first President of the Lawrence Multiple Listing Service in 1971-1972.  Larry was an active sales agent until the late 1980's when the office began to grow in size and he focused on training and assisting new agents.

Our office has been instrumental in developing Lawrence and the surrounding communities beginning in 1958 with Lake Dabinawa in rural Jefferson County and continuing into Lawrence with Marvone Meadows and Miller Acres in the 1960's.  We have had a major impact in Eudora by creating three of the largest subdivision's in the neighboring community.

In 1995, Miller and Midyett, Realtors became CENTURY 21 Miller and Midyett.  By joining this franchise, we have increased our name recognition, exposure and our national connections with relocation companies and referrals from other companies.

We offer buyer and seller representation in all forms of real estate-residential, new construction, rural, commercial, investment property and relocation services.  We also provide virtual tours for all of our listings.  Our goal at CENTURY 21 Miller and Midyett is to provide you quality service to ensure a stress free transaction.
